As per the Circularity Gap Report 2022 of Circle Economy, only 8.6% of the world is circular.


Statista, a market and consumer data provider stated that only 28.3% women were in the management roles in September 2022 worldwide.


Research suggests that women have higher levels of socialization to care about others and are socially responsible which then leads them to care about environmental problems and thus address issues around them.


A 2021 Mckinsey report mentioned that representation of women  of color on management levels was only 12% while only 4% were in the C-suite.
